Our caring staff members at SmileTown Cambridge, SmileTown Waterloo and SmileTown Guelph will do their very best to schedule your appointments at your convenience. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for your child. If you are unable to keep the appointment, we ask that you give our office a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice.
We do try to stay on schedule to minimize waiting at the time of your appointment; however, delays to the schedule can occur and your understanding and patience are very much appreciated.
We are a group of non-assignment offices. This simply means your dental insurance company will reimburse you directly instead of paying us.
Your dental insurance plan is a contractual agreement between you and your insurance company. As a result, we are unable to influence the terms of your insurance policy. Treatment recommendations are provided free of bias of insurance coverage and are catered purely to the needs of your child.
To ensure you are reimbursed in a timely fashion, our staff is happy to assist you with submitting your insurance claim. We can also submit predeterminations to your company so you will know more about what will be covered.
We are a fee-for-service practice. This means full payment is required at the end of each appointment. We accept Visa, MC, debit or cash. We also use a third-party finance program called Ifinance. We do not accept any personal cheques.
